How can I exchange an item?
You can inform us about the item you wish to return by emailing us at support@mafeemushkil.com, contacting us at +97156 5376899, or using the website's chat option.

What is the exchange notice period?
Return/Exchange can only be requested within 2 days from date of delivery after which no claim will be entertained.

Terms and conditions:

• Only defective items will be refunded in full. A defective item will be refunded only after inspection by a MafeeMushkil official, which usually takes 5 working days. The paid amount will be refunded to your bank account or credit card within 5 working days.
• The item being returned should be unused, in perfect condition, and with the original tag. Any damage to the product or packaging will render it ineligible for a return. It should also be returned in the same brand box you received with the packaging intact.
• If you change your mind after the purchase, the product can only be exchanged for any other product on the MafeeMushkil website for equal or greater value.
• There will be no returns or exchanges on SALE products for any reason.
• No refunds or exchanges on customised products.
